Associate

Associate
Julia combines her financial acumen with the empathy and discretion that difficult family matters demand.
Julia joined MSSG as an associate in March 2026 with a background in financial transactions. Julia practiced as a Banking and Finance Associate at Otterbourg P.C., where she represented institutional lenders in complex loan transactions and drafted and negotiated credit agreements, security agreements, and related transaction documents. That foundation in secured finance informs her approach to matrimonial matters, particularly those involving complex financial assets and equitable distribution questions.
Julia attended Johns Hopkins University, where she majored in psychology, and Fordham University School of Law, where she was a staff member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal.
While in law school, Julia served as a student mediator in small claims courts across New York City through Fordham's Mediation Clinic, helping parties navigate disputes ranging from employment conflicts to breach of contract claims.
