Jillian E. Gross

Founding Partner

Jillian understands that divorce touches everything, and that no two clients arrive at her office with the same set of circumstances or goals.

Jillian Gross, a founding partner of MSSG, has been practicing matrimonial law exclusively since 2006. She guides clients through the full range of matrimonial and family law matters, including equitable distribution of assets, spousal and child support issues, custody and access, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements.

While Jillian is well-versed in financial complexity and legal nuance, she appreciates the value of discretion and sensitivity as she recognizes that her practice is about more than the law. She understands that divorce touches everything—from business and financial issues to parenting and family-related matters—and that no two clients arrive at her office with the same set of circumstances or goals. Jillian provides honest and personalized advice, approaching each case with a tailored strategy based on individual client circumstances.

Jillian is well respected for maintaining calm and poise both in and out of the courtroom as she supports clients through a very difficult and emotionally charged time in their lives. She helps clients achieve their goals with understanding, integrity, sound judgment, and skill.
Jillian and her husband live in Scarsdale with their two children.
