Alexandra C. Franco

Ali’s practice focuses on all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including custody and access; prenuptial, postnuptial and separation agreements; and equitable distribution, spousal maintenance and child support issues. Ali frequently works with clients who wish to mediate their matters outside of court, coaching them throughout the process. Above all, Ali is a zealous and skilled advocate for all her clients.

Prior to becoming a partner at MSSG, Ali was a partner at one of Manhattan’s premiere boutique matrimonial law firms, where she practiced for more than five years. She gained significant experience in negotiating custody and financial settlements as well as conducting complicated financial trials. In an earlier role at another prestigious firm, Ali became well versed in all aspects of complex, high net worth matrimonial litigation.

Ali graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she majored in communication and rhetorical science. Ali’s background in communications has enabled her to empathize with clients, form close relationships with them, and represent their positions as effectively as possible.
