Biography

Kaela represents clients in all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including divorce, separation agreements, child custody and support, equitable distribution, and spousal maintenance.

Kaela joins MSSG with experience in matrimonial law from a firm in midtown Manhattan and a boutique law firm in Brooklyn.

While in law school, Kaela participated in the Benjamin N. Cardozo Divorce Mediation Clinic under the supervision of Professor Robert K. Collins and ultimately acted as a teaching assistant for the program. Through the clinic she gained experience mediating divorces and drafting documents necessary for a matrimonial dissolution in the State of New York.

Kaela received her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2021 where she was the recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship.

She received her B.A. in 2018 from the University of Michigan with a major in psychology and a minor in business and was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
